The Firm is headed by founder whose educational background and extensive experience are detailed as follows:
Educational background
- Master of Commerce from Gujarat University, India in 2012.
- Chartered Accountancy Course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2013, which is equivalent to ACCA. Fellow member of ICAI at present.
- Company Secretary executive level from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) in 2013.
- Forex and Treasury Management Course from the ICAI in 2021
- Pursuing Master of Business Administration course through online distance education from Manipal University, India
- Certified Financial Consultant
Relevant Experiences
Before incorporating PBS, the founder was in the employment for more than 10 years and serving to the clients of India, UK (working as outsourcing) and Seychelles in the area of accounting, auditing and tax.
